These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Grace Courtyards website, facilities, and services, including accommodation, dining, events, leisure activities, and related offerings. By accessing our website, making a reservation, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. About Grace Courtyards

Grace Courtyards is a hospitality and lifestyle destination located in Apam, Central Region, Ghana, offering hotel accommodation, dining services, event hosting, leisure facilities, and related guest services.

2. Eligibility and Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to make reservations, enter contracts, or use our services independently.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use our facilities and website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Reservations and Bookings

a. Hotel Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Accurate personal and payment information must be provided at the time of booking.
Grace Courtyards reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to incorrect information, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

b. Event Bookings

Event reservations require a signed agreement and may require a deposit.
Final guest counts, layouts, and requirements must be confirmed within the agreed timeline.
Additional charges may apply for damages, overtime, or additional services requested.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.
Full or partial payment may be required in advance depending on the service booked.
Grace Courtyards reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Cancellations, Modifications, and No-Shows

Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type, rate plan, and booking agreement.
Applicable cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to arrive or cancel within the specified period may result in partial or full charges.
Deposits for events and group bookings may be non-refundable, as stated in the booking agreement.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated at booking and must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made.
Valid identification may be required at check-in in compliance with legal and security requirements.
Late check-out may incur additional charges.

7. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Treat staff, other guests, and property with respect
Comply with all posted rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions
Refrain from disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior

Grace Courtyards reserves the right to remove guests from the premises without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or unlawful.

8. Use of Facilities and Amenities

Use of leisure facilities (pools, sports courts, playgrounds, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk unless otherwise stated.
Children must be supervised at all times in designated areas.
Grace Courtyards is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Damage, Loss, and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, facilities, or property during their stay or event.
Charges may be applied for repair, replacement, or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
Grace Courtyards is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages may be restricted unless prior approval is granted.
Grace Courtyards is not responsible for allergic reactions unless dietary requirements were formally disclosed in advance.
Alcohol consumption must comply with applicable laws and venue policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grace Courtyards website and promotional materials—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Grace Courtyards and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

Grace Courtyards shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, power outages, or public health emergencies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Courtyards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, facilities, or website.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Grace Courtyards reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
